Note(s):

• Trucks manufactured before September 30, 2003 (ICP sensor located on HPOP cover) will require the round style EGR cooler and early style 18mm head gaskets.
• Trucks manufactured after September 30, 2003 (ICP sensor located on passenger side valve cover above glow plug control module) will require the square style EGR cooler and late style 18mm head gaskets.
• Trucks manufactured after January 15, 2006 will require the square style EGR cooler and 20mm head gaskets.
