AirDog II 5G 220 GPH Fuel Pump & Sump Kit For 2015-2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax

This is the AirDog II-5G DF-220-5G fuel system for the 2015-2016 Chevy Duramax. This diesel lift pump mounts to the factory frame standoff in front of the fuel tank using our cradle bracket. A 5/8in draw straw is installed in the fuel tank to draw fuel to the pump. The pressure side connects directly to the factory 1/2in fuel line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 12mm suction line once the module is modified. This is a 220GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for heavily modified trucks (1000 HP and above). Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit.

The PureFlow AirDog universal fuel sump helps aid aftermarket fuel systems by utilizing gravity to pull fuel from the tank. Our redesigned sump has both a suction and return port! We integrated a dual o-ring seal to prevent leaks! The installation of our fuel sump eliminates the common 1/4 tank suction issue associated with a draw straw-style fuel pickup. This sump is manufactured in America using corrosion resistant components.
