PPE Raw Heavy Duty 10R140 Transmission Deep Pan
The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum 10R140 Deep Transmission Pan is engineered to help cool the 10R140 Transmission in your 2020+ Ford 6.7 Powerstroke. This cast aluminum, high-capacity transmission pan is engineered to be a direct bolt-on replacement to the factory stamped steel pan. With a 5" depth that can hold 15 quarts of fluid, this transmission pan holds 8 more quarts than the stock pan. The deep external fins radiate heat to keep fluid temps down and internal heat sinks channel oil and prevent sloshing. Thick side gussets add rigidity for additional transmission case strength.
The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum 10R140 Deep Transmission Pan includes a 1" billet 304 stainless steel drain plug with neodymium magnet. The magnet equipped drain plug will pull ferrous metal out of the transmission fluid before they can do damage. This pan comes with an 1/8" NPT plug that can be removed so you want to run a temperature sensor and zinc coated socket head hardware. Compatible with stock style transmission filters, this pan allows you to reuse the high-quality factory gasket.

Cast from high-grade aluminum alloy and holding a full quart over stock, this pan is a perfect upgrade to the factory stamped steel or flimsy plastic versions. We've addressed the major issues associated with the original Ford factory oil pan. Deep external cooling fins radiate heat and help the engine operate at much cooler temperatures than the stock pan. Thanks to its thick, cast aluminum construction, external fins and the addition of side gussets, this easy to install upgrade is much stronger and runs much cooler than the stock units.
The PPE Oil Pan Kit includes a hardened billet stainless steel drain plug which contains a powerful Neodymium magnet that attracts and holds ferrous metal particles, keeping them from damaging your engine's vital internal components.
